Why you have to take Hunter Saftey course.

Doesn't matter who's land. The way the laws are written, game animals are the property of the state. It would be like saying its ok to smash a cop car because it's on your land. You must have a hunting license to hunt any of any states game animals. You have to have a license to hunt since that they want to make sure that you know how to hunt how to hold a gun and what to do when you get a deer. You should know what kind of formation you should be in if you are with three or four people. You need to know all the rules about the hunting life. You need to know what to do if you want to hunt on someones land. You need too know where to shoot the deer. Then you need to know how to take care of a gun.
